Every month when I set down to create this page, I’m amazed at how many awesome things actually happened since my general impression is that it was just ok. Houseplants are always a great way to bring some more life to your home.īut I never actually managed to grow any, unfortunately, it’s just not something I’m good at. A spendings tracker will keep you aware of all the purchases. With a good feeling when you buy things, the discounts many places offer, and of course general desire to support small business, it can get a bit out of control. Apart from general shopping sprees to buy EVERYTHING before they run out, there is also shopping therapy. It might sound irrelevant now that we are stuck at home, but I feel like it’s even more relevant. Your spendings tracker can tell you that maybe if you have your coffee at home, you’ll be able to pay off your student loans a year earlier. It’s also super useful when you’re trying to build up your savings. You’ll see your spending patterns and be able to control it better, or at least analyze and decide whether you’re spending your money exactly as you want. Tracking your spendings can be so beneficial. If you don’t really have space or time to have a full-on separate notebook for journaling, at least make sure you do a bit in your BuJo, just a few sentences a day can make a big difference. It’s also a great therapy tool to help you relieve stress and discover more about yourself. Journaling helps to organize your thoughts, realize your true goals. It’s even more beneficial than I thought. I started having the journaling pages in April setup and I’m really in love with this practice. Ok this isn’t exactly a spread to set up, but it’s a very useful section to have in your BuJo monthly. This is your place to add deadlines, events, birthdays, and all the other things you need to understand how your month is planned.ĭuring social distancing and quarantine, I use it to mark birthdays and holidays of course, but also days when we leave the house for grocery shopping and appointments for a zoom meeting with the rest of the family. There are tons of ways to do that, my favorite way is having a calendar – I just really perceive it better that way. Month At A Glanceįirst, of course, you need your month at a glance. These are the spreads I and a lot of others in the community use every month, so I’d say they are universally disregarding what is the purpose of using a journal for you.
